To export a car, van, truck,trailer, caravan or moped , it is possible at the office of GOES’ CAR FLOW.
We have a licence of the civil service for road traffic (EXPORT DIENSTVERLENING bevoegdheid van de RDW).
This means that we can make an export declaration for anyone who wants to export a car. –  private, business, or garage. When you come to our office with the complete car registration papers and the yellow license plates, we arrange your export documents in 20 minutes. RECIEVE AT ONCE THE DEREGISTRATION (VRIJWARING) OF THE VEHICLE. We can export any car: it has not to be purchased at our place. If the car has MOT (APK), it can drive with the following export documents:

 

  • Export registration paper (Export kentekenbewijs)
  • White export license plates
  • Export insurance for 15 daysand if you like a Car Assistance

If the car has no MOT, it must be transported on a trailer / truck. You only need an export declaration. The seller will immediately receive the deregestration (vrijwaring) for the car.

OR

2. PLASTIC CAR REGISTRATION CARD (KENTEKENCARD)

the first four digits of this code have been received at the postoffice or at the garage when the car was registrated on the name of the seller. The last 5 digits of this code are on the letter of the civil service for road traffic (RDW) where the registration card (kentekencard) was attached on
4. MILEAGE (KM)

AUTO PURCHASED THROUGH GARAGE OF CAR DEALER :

1. YELLOW LICENSE PLATES
2. CAR REGISTRATION PAPERS OR PLASTIC CAR REGISTRATION CARD (KENTEKENCARD)
3. IN BOTH CASES A PAPER WITH A TEMPORARY DOCUMENT NUMBER ( TIJDELIJK DOCUMENT NUMMER) AND CAR REGISTRATION CODE (TENAAMSTELLINGSCODE)
4. MILEAGE (KM)

NEED OF THE FOREIGN CUSTOMER:

1. DRIVING LICENSE, ID CARD OR PASSPORT
2. ADDRESS ABROAD
